I can’t get any luck with my old appliances.
The service costs each year are starting to bog myself and others down mentally.
At a single point I needed a current transmission for my clothes rack. Another time I had to get the compressor swapped out on my refrigerator. Each of these chances resulted in bills higher than I expected or planned for. Some would argue that I should have replaced both appliances right then and there, despite the fact that I wasn’t financially endowed enough to afford a solution to care about that. Plus I had a service contract with a handyman for this exact reason and situations whenever something in my beach house is in need of service or repair. I just wish that my handyman could service and service my air conditioner. After my Heating, Ventilation and A/C worker had been over at my beach house 4times in a fifth month time period, I was pondering whether I had a lemon air conditioner or an incompetent repairman. I was on the lookout for a sixth and third opinion right before it broke down for the sixth time in a row. This scenario involved a broken fan motor in the air handler. After needing some expensive repairs for many times in such a short time span, I decided that next time I would need to get a current plan entirely. I just wish I had simply bought a current plan after the sixth time it broke down, I legitimately could have covered half of the cost of a new unit with just the service bills for the existing single. If I’m going to buy a current plan in a few weeks, I suppose that I want a single with the highest SEER that I can possibly afford.
