Lately, I’ve dedicated my time, energy, and money into small businesses! Now more than ever, I think it’s absolutely important to support the smaller businesses because they can absolutely use it! With the economy the way it is, people aren’t spending their money the way they normally do, which is putting a lot of these smaller businesses out of business, then personally, I’ve had a lot of friends and family members shut down their businesses temporarily, because there’s not enough money coming in to keep the electric on. I’ve also heard of a few small supplier owners having to close down completely because they just can’t pay the bills. It’s absolutely upset to see. When it was time to schedule my annual HVAC service appointment, I didn’t want to hire the same large HVAC business I normally used. I knew they were doing just good financially while I was in the virus outbreak, so I had no problem taking my money elsewhere. I looked up a few small HVAC businesses, and discovered a absolutely great, family owned a single! They were more luxurious, and it was going to take an extra month for an HVAC professional to get to my house, but I thought it was worth it! I didn’t have any problem spending more money and waiting, as long as I was doing my section to keep this small HVAC supplier alive. I was pleasantly surprised by the client service and friendliness of the supplier as well. I won’t be returning to the large HVAC business for my future HVAC needs.
