My wife and I went to the city for dinner and a show. After the show, my wife and I didn’t want to drive all the way back to the country. I decided it might be a nice idea to get a hotel room for the night. My wife and I didn’t have any plans the next morning and it seemed like the perfect getaway. I drank a couple of beers at the show and my wife had a couple of glasses of wine. Neither one of us wanted to spend the next 50 minutes in the car driving from the city to the country. My wife and I found a hotel room right by the interstate. We were still 40 minutes away from home, but it was a nice place to stop for the night. I checked the two of us into the hotel and then my wife and I found our room assignment. As soon as we entered the room, I decided to turn on the AC machine. There was an awful and stagnant smell in the room and I wanted to get rid of the terrible odor. I adjusted the temperature on the AC machine, so the room would cool down to 73 degrees. It didn’t take long at all for the AC machine to reach the desired temperature. Unfortunately, there was a horrible smell coming from the AC machine. My wife and I could not stand the horrible odor. We knew why the room had an odor in the beginning. The smell lingered in the air all night until we left in the morning.
