I honestly was really happy with our HVAC services for a long time.
- That’s because we always had the same HVAC professional come out, and this guy was great.
He was older in his years and pretty close to retirement. We often joked with him and said he should come out to work on our HVAC equipment even after he retired. He laughed and said he probably wouldn’t be touching another HVAC system again, because he was tired. Well, it was exciting that he was going to retire, but it was shocking news when we learned that he passed away! We went to the funeral and we were sad and gave our condolences to the family. We also were panicking because he was the best and the replacement professional sent to our place was awful. We had to go through the rest of our HVAC service plan, but it was awful. Finally we researched different HVAC companies and found one with good ratings. Even though these guys were slightly better than the last replacement HVAC worker we had, they were not nearly as good as our old HVAC technician and we miss that man so much. I swear that none of these younger HVAC professionals have nearly as much skill and they have such arrogant attitudes, like they can do any job and deliver quality performance. Well, they missed a lot of things that I had to point out that our former HVAC professional always took care of. At least these guys were willing to work with me without losing their heads.
