I’m an indie music producer, and I do pretty well in my area.
I’m not famous by any means, but in my state I am pretty well known.
Part of my job as an indie music producer is creating music videos for the bands I produce. When I do this, I need to get a film camera rental. I do not believe in using webcams, Iphones and all the cheapo stuff that most indies use today for music videos. I want the videos to look professional like the major labels. This is why the film camera rental is very important! I would just buy the film camera myself, but it is actually cheaper to do the film camera rental in the long run. Because it is not every single day I producing music videos. The film camera I need is pretty upscale stuff, and in order to get this it is best to just rent instead of buy. If I produced more music videos I may have invested in a film camera instead of doing film camera rentals. However, like I said before, I feel this is the very best thing I can do. The last music video I produced came out really great because of the professional film camera I did the rental on. I am not a director or film expert by any means. This is the reason I hired a film camera operator to work the film camera I got from the rental place. I’m not sure how many more music videos I will have to do in my lifetime, but I know I always have a place for film camera rentals when needed!
