The results have been immediate and overwhelming
Too many times I find myself whining and complaining about legitimately insignificant things in our life. I do our best to catch myself because the reality of the situation is that I don’t have it too exhausting at all. Each instance that hear about someone’s easily trying circumstance, it makes myself and others remember how fortunate I am. There entirely isn’t a sizable calamity if our Heating and A/C isn’t quite as efficient as I would like. That Heating and A/C plan still does the task and keeps our family warm in the Winter and cool in the summer. That is all that entirely matters. I hate flu symptoms but, I can deal with them unlike people who have lifelong asthma. But, flu symptoms have been a constant nuisance for most of our life. My response has regularly been to treat the symptoms. It starts with the OTC chances but, some years I end up in the doctor’s office for prescription meds. This year, I took a bit of a odd approach. I decided that our respiratory health deserves more than simply throwing meds at it. I read that the EPA found that the average condo had indoor air pollen levels that was 2 to 5 times worse than outside. The amount of allergens in the air inside our condo are significant. So, I called the Heating and A/C professionals to have them come out and install a whole condo air purification system. It works by focusing high intensity ultraviolet light directly on the filtered air coming in through the return. The whole-house air purifier sits inside the air handler and kills all the contaminants in the air as it flows by. The results have been immediate and overwhelming. I am breathing far better than I can ever remember.
