I hate sitting at home, because there’s nothing to keep myself and others occupied except the TV, stereo, and video games. I miss going to work even though I am stuck here at lake home due to surgery on our foot. I was working outside and I dropped a tote of brick on our foot. It crushed two of our toes and I had to have emergency surgery. My boss wanted myself and others to come back to work and I did the currency. I decided to wait two mornings and after that I went to work. The first job I had to complete was a repair on an air conditioner. My boss gave myself and others an simple job, even though I could barely walk. I dropped an expensive air conditioner on the ground and I had to supply the customer a healthy discount to make up for the accident. I started to recognize worse as the morning progressed. I could tell that I needed to take something for the pain and swelling. I absolutely should have stayed lake home in bed. I didn’t last a whole morning at work and I had to leave after supper, and now I am stuck at lake home with nothing to do except watch the latest season of Gossip Girls. I cannot stand being stuck laid up on the couch… At least I have the greatest and latest Heating, Ventilation, and A/C technology on the market. I don’t have to worry about getting up and down to adjust the indoor temperature. I have a smart control device that allows myself and others to change the temperature or even check the time. I suppose that things could be worse.
