My wifey and I made the choice to wait until we retired before building our absolutely first residence.
The residence is the third we have owned together however the first to have been built totally from scratch.
Our first residence was so tiny. But, it was ours and we hadn’t been married for all that long. I remember that we didn’t even have much of an Heating and A/C machine in that place. She and I began a wonderful business and as it grew, so did our ability to find a residence that would permit us to raise a family in. We had some brutal times and had to juggle a business, a growing family and a recession that made things seriously tricky. But, the business managed to survive and we kept moving forward one step at a time. Time seemed to just fly by and abruptly that great big residence was empty save for my wifey and I. That’s when we came to realize it was time to pare down our belongings and build our first residence. Retirement helped a good amount because we played an absolutely active role in all the plans as the construction carried along. In fact, we were able to do the picking of the subcontractors. One fantastic decision that we made was to go with an Heating and A/C machine worker who had been advised to us. We had interviewed a bunch of other HVAC workers prior to picking him. But we were not very impressed with most of them. So, it was with great relief to have this Heating and A/C machine worker show up and be so professional. It was simple to turn our plans over to this man. He executed our Heating and A/C machine vision in such a remarkable way and consistently on time.
