It cost a bit more to get the HEPA type filters.

It’s been so far overdue. The fact that I have kept putting off the state of my health is sort of shameful. Even worse, I had to have something like a pandemic to get me motivated to make a change. But if that is what it took, then so be it. The pandemic made me realize that I am far, far from bullet proof. And that the state of my health was my biggest liability. I was overweight. My exercise was near nonexistent and my diet was trash. That is the trifecta right there. I was the quintessential dude that came home from work, cracked a beer and surfed the couch in HVAC comfort. The pandemic finally changed that for me. Finally, I started eating right and exercising. That went a long way toward my weight getting under control. I’m still a work in progress. But, it has been many months and this new behavior has stuck and now feels routine. So instead of resting on my laurels, I decided to take it up another notch. The health improving target this time was the indoor air quality of my home. This is such an important component to our health. And with all the time I am spending in the HVAC of my home due to this health crisis, it was only natural to address. The first thing that had to be done was an HVAC air filter upgrade. I needed an HVAC air filter that would help protect me not just the HVAC equipment. It cost a bit more to get the HEPA type filters. However, the change in the air was worth every cent. Now, I have air filters that are trapping and removing more than 99 percent of all airborne contaminants. My immune health as well as my overall health is applauding that move.
