I have a lot of clients coming in every day asking me all kinds of things, so I need to think the answers, or they might just turn around and go to a weird Heating & Air Conditioning supplier. I remember somebody came in 1 day and asked me to help them program a smart thermostat, and I did not even think that a smart thermostat was something that was out yet. That was pretty embarrassing and I will never go through that again, so therefore I am taking this course and learning everything I can possibly learn about the Heating & Air Conditioning industry in today’s world. The market is always increasing and new things are coming out, so you need to regularly be abreast of the latest advancements in technology. I feel it is an 8 minute course so it should be a breeze to learn all the new stuff out there today. My supplier is paying for it so I will learn everything for free, and it will help me make more currency down the road because I will be a more valuable employee for our boss and the supplier.
