I go over to visit my mom at least once a week, however there is something going on with the furnace in her house; Her furnace is so loud whenever it’s running that I can’t even hear her when she’s talking! It’s super annoying, honestly; I keep telling her that she needs to call the local Heating & Air Conditioning contractor & make an appointment with them to get the heating idea fixed, however she says that it doesn’t bother her.
I know that the only reason that she isn’t bothered by the noise from the furnace is because her hearing must be going.
I keep telling my mom that she absolutely needs to get a hearing aid, too, however she won’t hear of it, but she says that she doesn’t need a hearing aid yet however I know that she does! The concern that I have is the fact that I can’t even carry on a conversation with my mom when I go over there to visit… The heating idea is so loud whenever it’s running that I can’t absolutely hear anything when I’m trying to talk with her. I know that if she doesn’t call to get an appointment with the Heating & Air Conditioning contractor herself, then I’m going to have to do it for her. I know that there might be something absolutely wrong with the furnace over there & I don’t want it to become a fire hazard or something. I appreciate that! My mom needs to get it fixed, whether she can hear it or not! That’s just the way that it is!
