I will confess I am a little nuts with keeping things clean, however i do not like it when I feel appreciate our apartment is gross.
I clean our lavatorys once a week. It is a deep wipe where I get in the shower, clean around the toilet and athe vanity, the whole lavatory reeks of bleach for a day. I clean our windows inside and out about every 3 weeks. The bedsheets and curtains are yearly. I vacuum and mop our flooring about every several days. I try not to dust our surfaces every week, although I can’t help myself. I want everything to look clean and smell fresh. I invested in biweekly Heating and Air Conditioning maintenance since I can’t clean that equipment myself. I get the furnace checked twice a year and the A/C checked twice, one appointment is to prepare the equipment for the upcoming season and the other is to check it before it goes to bed for the next season. I appreciate that the A/C gets checked for mildew in the condensate drain, mold on the cooling coil and bacteria on the innerworkings. The furnace is checked for dust, dirt and hair, and also both systems are looked over for any rust or corrosion… Moving parts get lubricated and bolts are tightened. My Heating and Air Conditioning unit is then a clean plan that promotes fresh indoor air pollen levels. Additionally, our heating and cooling unit works appreciate a champion. I believe that there is no potential repair on the horizon, however being a part of this Heating and Air Conditioning maintenance program is a single of the best decisions I have made.
