My mom didn’t want myself and others to go to work last Sunday because the weather was really terrible, and it was raining with lots of thunder and lightning, however there were accidents all over the roads.
The mall was still open until 10:00 p.m.
and our boss expected myself and others to be at the clothing store for our shift at 5:00 p.m. I planned to drive myself, but our mom insisted that someone Drive me! She took the four-wheel drive truck just in case she got stuck. It was a many mile drive to the mall so our mom was really being overprotective. I entirely could have walked to work, when I got to work, our boss gave myself and others a large list of prep work that had to be completed before the end of the evening. I inspected all of the stuff that needed to be done for the next day. The store was kind of busy. It was surprisingly tied up considering how terrible it was outside. It was a Sunday evening though and it is unquestionably close to prom season. I heard someone in the store talking about the weather outside. There were many ladies in the dressing room and they were trying on pants. I was up by the front register grabbing another size when the lights started to flicker! All of a abrupt the power went out. All of the lights went off and so did the heating and a/c unit. It was a hot and humid day. As soon as the power went out, it got unquestionably hot and humid inside of the building. I couldn’t get the power or the A/C to turn back on and I didn’t see any other lights throughout the mall.
