Being in my early twenties I have little responsibility and several chances to hang with my friends.
I still live at cabin with my parents and they allow me to do so without paying rent so the money I receive at my part time job is pretty much for me to do with what I please.
Now I could do the responsible thing, which would be to put it away in savings, but, I do not tend to do that. I spend most of my money on clothing and going to local clubs with my friends from school. Last year I was invited to a condo party with some of the upperclassmen and I was legitimately gleeful to go. There was one boy in recognizable that would be there that I had been interested in for a while and I thought it would be an excellent option to talk to him. Seeing as it was the start of summer, I dressed in light clothing and headed out the door. The evening air was heavy because of the humidity however I figured once I got to the party they would have the air conditioner on and I would be comfortable. I learned swiftly that that wouldn’t be the case because when I walked into the condo I was welcomed by a wall of hot muggy air. They said that they did not have a laboring cooling system and the combination of all the people and the air quality was just too much. I ended up heading back cabin after just a couple of hours and I did not even get a opportunity to talk to the guy I was interested in.
