When my parents decided to transport into a smaller condo my friend and I had a hard time finding one that was suitable.
Many of the smaller homes in our area where situated on really small lots and my Mom wanted to still be able to care about a big backyard; Not many of times my friend and I were fortunate enough to find one with the acreage he wanted however the homes were in such disrepair that they did not want to undertake a full remodeling job.
After months of searching my friend and I finally found one that they could agree upon and the only thing I needed was a new Heating and A/C system. The existing component was almost 30 years old and still manage to work however not efficiently. My nice friend and I headed to a local trade show to see what was available in today’s market and left there with our head spinning. The technology that is available today in Heating and A/C systems is quite confusing. There are several odd models available and odd ways to fuel them including, electric, gas, and even solar power. My Mom said all he wanted was a basic heating system and cooling system that would be easy to operate and not need much service. My nice friend and I decided to call a local Heating and A/C corporation and have a representative come to the condo to help explain things better. The salesman was good and even did and energy-efficiency scan on the rooms to make sure there were no leaks around the windows and doors, but he assured my Mom that he could have a complete system install and it would be easy to operate by simply programming the control component to their desired temperatures. Once the system was in locale who would only need yearly service and they could particularly make a call for that.
