My husband thinks that he is a handyman.
I can’t even count all the project that he has started around the house and not finished.
He will start to paint something or clean something and then completely stop and leave me to clean up the mess. I guess that is a typical guy for you though, always wanting someone else to clean up their mess for them. So, last week when I noticed that our air conditioner stopped working, I knew that my husband was going to make an attempt to fix it himself. So before he even had the chance to mess up the already broken air conditioner, I called the local HVAC company to come over and inspect our HVAC unit. When the HVAC technician showed up my husband was confused because he said he could fix it himself. I couldn’t help but laugh when he said this to me. He saw me start to laugh and walked out of the room. I knew that he was going to be upset with me about making fun of him, but he is the king of unfinished projects and I needed the air conditioner to be working as quickly as possible. It is the middle of the summer so I don’t want to be without air conditioner for a long period of time. Knowing him it would have taken about a week to take apart before he realized he wouldn’t be able to fix it himself and I had to call the HVAC company.
