I know I’m in a particular position these afternoons to talk about mental health.

For the past year I have been working on a mental health blog plus podcast which has genuinely taken off. It’s been shocking to see people from all over the world linking with my message. Putting the sound of my voice on the airwaves is a bit nerve-wracking, although I get good reception. All of that being said, one of the most correct things that we seem to struggle with is social anxiety. I do not know anybody who feels confident in meeting current humans or engaging in small talk. That’s why I’ve been trying to tell my community members about a current hack that I came up with, and learn about indoor air quality plus air temperature management. If that sounds crazy to love Heating and A/C as a way to treat anxiety, let me explain. Have you ever been in a situation where you did not know what to say? Instead of commenting on the outdoor climate – the weather – how about you comment on the indoor air temperature plus air quality? Everybody has an opinion when it comes to air temperature preference plus high-quality indoor air. Nobody on this planet wants to be chilly cold or burning sizzling inside of a building. You also do not want to feel like there is dust plus dander floating into your respiratory system because of a poor heating plus cooling system with dirty air filters. As such, if you can just learn a thing or two about a/cs, media air cleaners, plus smart thermostats you will always have a way to make straight-forward conversation, then complain about the indoor air temperature, everybody likes it.
