I have literally never had the kind of trouble with the HVAC company that I am having right now.
Normally, when I call the HVAC company and ask them to check something out on my furnace or central air conditioner, they got back to me very quickly.
In fact, I just talked to the HVAC technician that was at my house. The HVAC technician completed the semi-annual inspection of my HVAC units, and he told me that my furnace would need to be completely replaced. Well, technically, he told me that the furnace was very old, and since it was such an old unit, the repairs on the unit would cost more than it was worth. He gave me the quote for how much the repairs to the furnace would cost, but then he asked me if I would like to go ahead and have the furnace replaced. I called the HVAC company to schedule a time to get my furnace replaced, but I can’t get them to call back. In fact, I have even left a few messages with the HVAC company, and they honestly seem to be ignoring them. The HVAC company has always called me back within at least one day, and now, I can’t get ahold of them. Sure, I know that the HVAC company is probably very busy right now, but my furnace is very important, and I can’t just survive without a furnace until they decide to call me back. However, I can’t get ahold of them, so I guess that I have no choice in the matter.
