I could not know it when I got the credit card statement the other week and found that the card was at its limit! I was wondering what in the world we purchased for that much money.
Then when I investigated the charges on our account, it seemed that the search engine optimization business that I hired to do some SEO work for me charged me double the agreed upon amount.
I was totally outraged at the search engine optimization dealer. I called them up on the phone and chewed them out. I could not remain professional with an overcharge this horrible on our credit card statement that brought my card to the limit! The man I spoke to at the search engine optimization business was very professional considering how rude and irate I was. Finally, the search engine optimization business rep was able to calm my fears and ensure me that it was a kindle error and that he would be sure the credit card would be credited back those few thousand dollars, without delay, from when every one of us hung up the phone, however lo and behold, it was only an hour later that the search engine optimization business thoroughly wiped the charges off of our credit card and all was good with the world. They absolutely need to pay more attention to their payment processing system in the future before running charges on customer’s credit cards! The mistake was totally unacceptable in our humble opinion! From now on, I will only pay these search engine optimization companies in either check or good old fashioned cash.
