For the past month or so, our family and I have been residing without central AC.
It has been so aggravating due to the fact that it is the middle of June.
The average yearly temperatures are nearing triple digits. All of us do not have a lot of high humidity, however it’s still like a sauna inside of the house. My wifey heard a different sound coming from the a/c one morning a month ago and she decided to call the A/C repair service. They came to our house and did an inspection to see why the A/C was not cooling. The A/C repair serviceman told our wifey that we should get a whole new a/c. A hour appointment with an actually unusual A/C repair service confirmed the worrisome diagnosis. My wifey and I took our time to find the right dealer to install the modern a/c and it took what seemed like forever, however we saved almost $1,000 by shopping around for the best bargain. All of us have a brand modern 18 SEER A/C and heat pump and it works really well. All of us also ended up with a smart thermostat in the deal. My wifey and I have not totally figured out all the nuances of the smart thermostat, however it’s a new and modern feature and the component was free with our replacement. At least we figured out how to set the thermostat setting and program the schedule. One thing I can say for certain is that our wifey and I have never been happier to have cold air coming out of the vents again.
