My friend was excited despite her initial worries of landing on an unreliable HVAC company. I remembered that my furnace/heater kept shutting off, so I needed it checked. The technician informed me it could be due to low airflow, and he would schedule for furnace/heater repair the following day. We had planned for a sleepover with my friend because it had been long and we needed to catch up while there. I experienced good air quality in the house. In the end, I reminded her of the need to have the air filter washed every three months for effective airflow.
