When my Heating and A/C company told myself and others that the repair worker I have used for years retired I felt distraught but cheerful for him. He had been with the company for nearly thirty years plus he deserves his time to relax. I will admit that I was worried about letting a current person into my lake condo to repair my Heating and A/C system. They assured myself and others that he was highly skilled plus certified so I figured it would be ok. Even so I decided to take the day off plus hang around while both of us were in the appointment. Afterwards I was easily ecstatic that I had. My wifey was beside herself after listening to him make rude comments throughout the time. He even went so far as to question her housekeeping skills plus tell her that if she swept the floors more often the ductwork wouldn’t need cleaning as terrible as they did. Now, my wifey works taxing plus when she is lake condo takes care of our more than 2 children. I felt so terrible for her. I let him finish the appointment plus after he left decided I would change companies. Then I sat down to believe about it plus decided to find another way to get beyond the whole thing. I struggled about calling the owner so I sent him an e-mail instead. When he called myself and others up to apologize I was surprised to hear that the current worker was his nephew. He said he had given him the task as a favor to his sibling plus he assured myself and others that he would speak to him. I easily hope that does the trick because if I ever have to deal with that treatment again I will have to call the BBB to report them for the treatment towards customers.
