I am seriously considering getting a smart thermostat for our home.

I am expecting to travel from south to the north quite a bit, leaving our condo for large chunks at a time will be taxing though. I have tried to minimize all the stressors. I have gotten rid of all our gardens in addition to potted plants. I also don’t have any pets, work totally online in addition to I am single. The only issue is our Heating in addition to A/C unit. In the Summer if the A/C abruptly shut down, I would have mold everywhere. If I left the condo unheated, it is possible our dining room or lavatory piping could freeze in addition to cause disfigure, then for peace of mind, I definitely need a smart thermostat. This thermostat would be able to control our heating in addition to cooling from someplace with wireless. I simply download the app on our iphone in addition to I am great to go. The thermostat also alerts myself and others on energy efficient settings, air filter fluctuations, humidity levels or dangerous indoor air conditions. The thermostat can even alert myself and others if there is something wrong with our Heating in addition to A/C unit. I think I am going to need something tracking our Heating in addition to A/C while I am gone a lot. It would be nice having a component to check in on our home. I can even set a monthly program that fluctuations by time or day.
