It’s been especially long overdue.
The fact that I have kept putting off the state of my health is actually shameful.
Even worse, I had to have something like a pandemic to get me motivated to make a real change. But if that is what it took, then so be it. The pandemic made me actually see that I am far, far from being bulletproof. And that the state of my health was my biggest liability. I was extremely overweight. My exercise was near nonexistent and my diet was total garbage. That is the trifecta right there. I was the quintessential chick that came back to the household from work, cracked a corona and surfed the couch in Heating, Ventilation, and A/C comfort. The pandemic actually changed that for me. Finally, I started eating correctly and exercising. That went a long way toward my weight eventually getting under control. I’m still a work in progress to be honest. But, it has been quite a few months and this new behavior has stuck and now feels routine. So instead of resting on my laurels, I made the decision to take it up another notch. The health improving target this time was the indoor air quality of my household. This is such a crucial component to my health. And with all the time I am spending in the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C of my household due to this health crisis, it was only natural to address it. The first thing that had to be taken care of was a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C air filter update. I needed a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C air filter that would help protect me not just the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device. It cost a bit more to get the HEPA type filters. However, the change in the air was definitely worth it. Now, I have air filters that are trapping and removing more than 99 percent of all airborne contaminants. My immune health as well as my overall health is totally applauding that move.
