Maybe sugar holds the key to longevity and health afterall, yes right. I absolutely cut out all sugar a couple of years ago because I was having a lot of joint pain. After about 3 months of a zero sugar diet, all of our joint pain subsided. There is still a residual amount of pain periodically however it is much better. I am able to tune up our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C program myself, now that our joint pain is basically gone. I still need to rest this pulled bicep tendon from all of the volleyball from last Summer however I still have a couple months till the Summer season starts up again. I usually swim in chilly water in the winters and follow it up by laying next to our radiant space gas furnace to moderate up our shoulders again. The body heals well when you subject it to chilly and boiling cycles frequently. I like to set our smart control component to kick the component on about 15 minutes before I come back from our chilly dip so our bathroom is moderate for me so I can take a boiling bath in comfort and not freeze when I get out. If you have any joint pain try splitting out ALL sugars and doing the chilly water boiling bath technique. And make sure you clean your HEPA filter always.
