When I went to help our brother with his air quality issue, I checked everything with his Heating plus Air Conditioning unit. When checking the air filter, I thought it was insane how light it was. It felt love a feather in our hand plus it was 1 of those cheap fiberglass air filters. I told our brother that the air filter was virtually useless as it gave hardly any protection for the Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment plus it didn’t help improve the air quality in the household. I told our brother that he had to pay more attention to the MERV ratings on air filters plus go for the air filters with better ratings. He said he never knew about going for better air filters plus said he didn’t suppose which 1s were fantastic plus bad. I told him I would show him the next time he went to go air filter shopping, which would have to be sooner rather than later. I also checked out his air duct system plus I saw there was a lot of build up of dirt plus debris inside of there. I said he would need to have his air duct system cleaned by a professional. He asked if there was a way to clean the air duct without having an high-priced repair call, plus I said the two of us could do it with a shop-vac. Now, I don’t suggest this to almost everyone, but our brother is a major penny pincher, so the two of us cleaned everything the two of us could with the shop-vac plus honestly, the two of us got a lot of the dirt plus debris out of the air duct system. When the two of us got a fantastic air filter in his Heating plus Air Conditioning unit, the air quality improved a lot after that.
