I’ll be the first to confess that I’m sort of just wonderful with a unquestionably easy life. Having a routine I can count on and just keeping life simple is the way I love to go about things. I don’t need or want some fancy task standing inside the zone controlled Heating and Air Conditioning of some office. That’s just not what I signed up for. I’ll take making a living and punching out every afternoon over that sort of life everyday. However, that doesn’t leave a ton of currency over for dad. And for real, that’s okay. Providing for myself and our family is pretty rich in itself really. But I did get something pretty special last year though. I finally got our man cave put in the basement. The final touch on that deal was the ductless heat pump the two of us installed. I have a neighbor who owns a local Heating and Air Conditioning supplier. He’s a total Heating and Air Conditioning professional but also just a real guy. All of us met playing softball together. So he hooked me up with a discount on a ductless heat pump for the space I carved out in the basement. He and I put it in 1 Wednesday afternoon. It was amazing how quickly and actually that installation was. Ductless heat pumps are some amazing Heating and Air Conditioning technology for sure. That thing pack some powerful quality heating and air no doubt. But the two of us got that ductless heat pump installed and still had time for a few innings of baseball and a couple of cold 1s. Having a man cave is just as enjoyable as I thought it would be. But I also definitely love just getting all the teenagers down there too. My wife and I are fortunate people and the two of us love living that easy life.
