After filling the online form, an HVAC expert called Amanda back 5 minutes after submitting it. This was an impressive response and they got to talk in detail about what Amanda wanted for her new beach house. The area where the house was located gets really hot in summer so an excellent HVAC system was a must. The unit would cool the house in summer and keep it warm during the mild winters. Amanda also wanted a dehumidifier to help keep the house as comfortable as possible once she moved in.
