Drew had little choice but to go on the short trip.

He would have much preferred being home with his family for the long holiday weekend.

But, his boss requested him to go for the meeting since it was the only time the client was available. Everything was so last minute, even booking the flight ticket. This is how Drew found himself on a center seat which he didn’t like at all. Once he landed at the destination, he got a cab to take him to his hotel and relax for the evening. He was meeting the client early the next morning. Drew arrived at the hotel, checked in and was shown to his room where he planned to take a long nap. As he was unpacking and getting ready to take a shower, Drew noticed the room wasn’t as cool as the hallway outside. In fact, it seemed there was less cool air coming from the cooling system in the room. Drew wasn’t sure how to respond to the faulty cooling system because this meant no one ever checked his room. He took the phone to call the front desk about the faulty cooling system in his room. The attendant was kind and apologetic about the issue with the cooling system in Drew’s room. He told him to wait a few minutes and an AC expert would be at his door to take a look. Drew felt annoyed because he just wanted to shower and sleep. Instead he was waiting for the AC expert to come and check the cooling system in his room. DRew knew he had no choice but to wait, otherwise he’d have restless sleep because the room wasn’t comfortable.
