If there is one thing that really irks me, it is people who are never on time.

My child constantly adds ish on her arrival time. We’ll be there around multiple-ish. Dinner will be between 5 & six-ish. This may be okay when you’re going to see people, however it is not okay in work. If you are scheduled to be at toil by 7AM, you should be there by 7AM. There is no reason to be there at 7:01 or later. There is one Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professional in our supplier that never comes to toil on time. I often wondered if he was related to the owner of the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C dealer, because I was sure if any of the rest of us Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professionals behaved this way, the people I was with and I would be fired. As an assistant manager, I had to have a meeting with the owner once a week. I decided to bring up the subject of our constantly late Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professional. The owner of the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C supplier told myself and others that his wifey worked the third shift at the hospital. He had to stay with the kids until she got lake house from work. This was a good reason, but I was sure there was some way to switch his minutes, so he was never late. After talking to the boss, the people I was with and I brought him in at 7:30 & let him stay until 5PM. The afternoon after the new schedule for the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C tech, he was on time. Both of us tossed confetti & told him he had just created a new national holiday. He laughed & said he would never be late again.
