I’m going to start using a new HVAC company that’s a family owned business.
- I have been thinking about switching to a different HVAC company for a while now but I have been putting it off for some reason.
I guess it’s because I’ve been dealing with the same HVAC corporation for a while now and I am just a little bit adverse to change. Now that I found out that there is a family owned HVAC company operating right here in my own community, I am definitely going to be switching over to them. In my experience, family owned businesses are always better than their corporate counterparts. I think that it’s because family owned businesses are really trying to live up to their name when it comes to treating their customers right. Most of the time, big corporate HVAC companies just don’t care all that much about their customers. Whenever you’re dealing with a small family owned HVAC company, though, they generally know your name, your family, and what type of heating and cooling system you have in your home. They might even know what type of air filters you use simply by the address of your house. There is just something that I find comforting about that. I like being known and understood by the people that I do business with regularly. That’s why I’m going to be switching over to the family owned HVAC company from now on. I’m fairly certain that I’m going to like dealing with them a whole lot more than I have enjoyed using the corporate HVAC company for my heating and cooling needs.
