I just came from the beach and they have a rugby tournament going on right now.

  • I’ve been playing volleyball for thirty years and by no means could I ever walk out on a rugby field or I would leave in a stretcher.

It’s amazing that they can play without pads of any kind and not split bones often. Maybe they do, even though I just see a lot of bodies slamming into 1 another without much regard to themselves. I wouldn’t last a day in the interest and am more than glad to stick to my contactless interest. My Heating and A/C company where I work would not be too glad if I was a rugby player because I would absolutely be missing work a lot. I imagine these rugby players must be in a lot of pain the day after a game, absolutely kneeling in an ice bath most of the time. I would do an ice bath and then kneel by a space furnace to sizzling me up again, followed by another dip in the ice bath for twenty minutes, and so on. This is the best way to recover from injuries and allows for a quick down time so you can be playing again shortly. I have a radiant furnace I use during the Wintertide after I take a frigid plunge in the sea. It heats me up suddenly and helps heal my joints faster than a heating pad. My central heating plan takes too long to heat the lake house up, so I opt for a space furnace beside my body to expedite the warming process.
