My friends and family have been thinking I am absurd lately because I have decided to go without any oil furnace! But I really do not see a need for me to use it again because I do not live in a genuinely cold area. If I lived in a genuinely cold area then that would be a unusual situation and I would have to use the heating idea but because I do not live in a genuinely cold area and even when the temperature outside falls into the 50s or 60s I just stay hot in our home by using blankets. I do not even use a space heating system or anything. I found that our life without using heat and A/C products, while it might be a bit extreme for everyone, has absolutely saved currency because I do not have to worry about Heating and Air Conditioning tune-ups and repairs. When I used to have a heating and A/C idea I wanted to take care of it so I would have it tuned up every year. I do think that tune ups are crucial if you want your heating and cooling idea to last a long time. Then one afternoon I went on vacation and the vacation home that I rented didn’t have any heat and AC. It was flaunted as having a heating and a/c idea but it apparently wasn’t working. Better than complain I found that I absolutely enjoyed not having to worry about the heating and cooling idea and I carried that with me when I came back home. Eventually I just stopped using our heating and During the summer time months I just use a few fans and stay inside and that is our way of staying cool… Other people might find it unusual but I have found a idea that works for me and I am going to stick to it.
