When I was looking for a current site, I made sure that the lease agreement was acceptable before I signed.

I didn’t want to deal with another micromanaging proprietor who tried to “ding” myself and others for every dime I was worth, still, I wound up with a stupid rental situation that I can’t get out of, personally, I recognize that this has come to an all-time level of insanity, and when I moved into this current home 6 weeks ago, I thought that there were some different vibes from the proprietor… But I was respectful plus did everything I should as a leaseholder, anyways! Now, the guy is trying to evict myself and others for having pet hairs in our heating plus cooling component filter, however apparently, they sent a service man out to check everyone’s central Heating plus A/C systems a few weeks ago before the Winter weather rolled in.

When he was inspecting our heating plus cooling system, he realized that the air filter needed to be changed. This air filter change is a correct service practice that needs to be executed every few weeks… but our proprietor is acting care about I broke our entire gas furnace plus AC unit! He’s trying to have myself and others detachd from the premises if I don’t spend our money them over $1200 for a professional heating plus cooling service service; For what? The Heating plus A/C machinery wasn’t broken, it needed a current air filter, but my pet didn’t break the entire temperature control system, plus there’s nothing in the rental agreement that warns about the liability to heating plus cooling devices. He can try to evict myself and others all he wants.
