The lake household is the third one the two of us have owned together but the first to have been built from scratch.

Retirement helped because the two of us played an active position in all the plans as the construction went along. In fact, the two of us did the picking of the subcontractors. One good decision that we made was to go with an HVAC company who had been recommended to us. The two of us had interviewed a few other places prior to picking him. But the two of us were so unimpressed. So, it was with major relief to have this HVAC company show up and be so professional. It was straight-forward to turn our plans over to this company. The HVAC worker executed our HVAC vision in such a smart way and constantly on time.
