My spouse plus I made the decision to wait until we retired before building our first property.
The property is the third place we have owned together however the first to have been built completely from scratch.
Our fist arena was so small. But, it was ours plus we hadn’t been married for too long. I remember that we didn’t even have any good HVAC equipment in that location. She plus I began a company and as it grew, so did our ability to find a nice property that we could raise a family in. We had some very hard times plus had to juggle a business, a growing family plus a recession that made things honestly tricky. But, the company survived plus we were able to keep thriving. Time seemed to just fly by plus abruptly that sizable property was empty apart from my spouse plus I. That’s when we knew it was time to pare down our belongings plus build our first property. Retirement helped tremendously because we played an active role in all the plans as the construction went along. In fact, we did the picking of the subcontractors. One excellent decision that we made was to go with an HVAC contractor who had been suggested to us. We had interviewed a couple of other contractors prior to picking this person. But we were so unimpressed. So, it was with huge relief to have this HVAC contractor show up plus be so professional. It was self-explanatory to turn our plans over to him. He executed our HVAC vision in such a brilliant way plus regularly on time.
