I really like smoking weed and I care about smoking a lot of it.

You might think this would get in the way of my family life or my work life, however it doesn’t. The only way it seems to get in the way of a good, healthy lifestyle is when it comes to my weight. I get the munchies something bad, and after I feed them, I feel bad. The weight is starting to accumulate and I don’t care about how it makes myself and others feel. I have less energy, and my quality time is becoming less than quality, so I need to make a switch to it. I am starting fitness classes, as a way to start moving in the right direction. I have thought a lot about it, and I know that to meet all our goals I will eventually need to start a real workout program. I will consult with a personal trainer at least to start out, so I have a plan of what I need to do going forward. But that sounds like a whole lot to start with — I dip my toe into the pool before diving in, and I’ll do the same thing with exercise. I need to ease into workouts a little at a time, so fitness classes seem like the best possible starting point. Also I have talked to some people, and I can go to fitness class while high and no one will notice! One afternoon I’ll go to the gym to workout separate from being stoned, however that won’t happen for a while yet.
