Some of years ago, our partner & I had a ductless Heating & Air Conditioning component installed in our sunroom.
All of us actually appreciated the room with all of the windows, but it was terribly hot while I was in the summer time weather.
My partner & I wanted to be able to love the room while I was in every season. All of us decided to hire a contractor to install a ductless Heating & Air Conditioning unit. The contractor proposed that the best locale for the ductless Heating & Air Conditioning component was on the south wall above the door entry. I was delighted with the maintenance that we acquired from the contractor & our partner & I have been certainly satisfied with the ductless Heating & Air Conditioning component over the last couple of years. Unfortunately, we had some trouble this summer time with the cooling equipment. I woke up a single afternoon & the sunroom was positively warm. I adjusted the temperature using the remote control, but nothing happened. I inspected the batteries in the remote & even put a fresh set in the machine. Nothing helped. I decided to grab a ladder so I could climb up to the ductless component to check on the settings. I climbed up five or six of the ladder rungs & then our foot slipped. I fell down to the bottom of the ladder. Thank goodness I caught myself before I fell, because our bin of tools was beneath the ladder & a single of our screwdrivers was sticking out of the top. I could have punctured something. It was a dangerous situation & a single that could have been actually avoided by simply calling the maintenance maintenance contractor.
