I decided to call a certified HVAC specialist for another opinion. The HVAC professional came with all the tools and tested our HVAC system for problems, and after one hour, the HVAC repairman had a list of pressing repairs that could possibly restore the HVAC equipment to normal functioning. We agreed on a repair charge, and I gave him the green light to repair our HVAC system, and he completed the repairs, powered it, plus it ran as expected.
