Getting to the office in the morning is the highlight of my day during the hot summer season.

Our mornings start as early as possible, and sometimes I still have to do some work at home afterwards. Many buyers seeking current homes like searching when it’s nice and warm outside. No one wants to walk around while it’s cold in the winter. That’s why we always get ready for stressed schedules once Springtime is in full swing. Our office is quite comfortable and has the best system. The head of our branch decided to install a current Heating and A/C device last winter. So you can imagine my shock when I stepped into a furnace last Thursday. It was so hot inside the office, that everyone was fanning themselves with sheets of paper. Apparently, the current heating plus cooling plan had broken down the night before. Now the whole office was hot plus humid. The device had been a lifesaver since it operated as an AC plus a humidifier, however without it, I felt all the humidity. We tried to power through the morning without a functioning commercial ventilator. The air conditioner repair people had full schedules and would not get to our office until the following morning. But, all the effort was futile since the intense humidity made everyone feel very lethargic. All we wanted was some cool air. The office fan only made things worse since it was circulating the same hot and humid air. After suffering all morning, everyone gave up and decided to work from home. Once I got to my car, I cranked up the air conditioner and just sat there for what seemed like forever. The cool air on my body was the best feeling ever. I felt so grateful that I had remembered to visit my car air conditioner repair just a week before. The Heating and A/C professional had changed out my filters while I was in that service check.
