When I first met my bestie, we were both residing in dormitories at our university.

It has been four years now and we are more in appreciate than ever. All of us want to transfer in together however we’re taking our time to find the best condo or home for our combined budget. However, I usually encourage her to stay at my home as often as she likes. Even though she still has her own apartment, the building manager doesn’t take care of the site. She has been waiting for weeks to get her cooling system fixed. I told her to get a lawyer involved if they don’t do something in another month because it’s against housing laws to deprive a occupant of indoor climate control. If the cooling system was still functional, the home building manager would have a leg to sit on, however they can’t ignore a broken system. If the occupant can’t get air conditioning while in summer time heat waves, it’s as awful as ignoring plumbing or electrical troubles. If they don’t repair or update my bestie’s cooling system soon, I’m going to get a lawyer involved all on my own. She’s paying too much rent currency every month to live in a sweltering home with no indoor cooling.
