Taking over the eating establishment from my dad was going to be quite an experience.

After middle school, I traveled to Europe and managed to attend culinary school. The school gave us excellent options to intern in top eating establishments in unusual locations. After graduation, I worked there for numerous years and opted to travel back home. Dad was getting old, and he wanted myself and others to take charge of the eating establishment, which was our family’s legacy. He began educating myself and others about how to run a business. I had spent so much time in the home office, but the eating establishment was much more than that. My first real decision was what to do with the air conditioning. Dad showed myself and others our online reviews from unusual shoppers. They loved everything about our establishment except the air conditioning. The place felt frigid and had poor air quality. I had to find the right gas furnace for the company and have it installed. I got in touch with an A/C vendor in the area and booked an appointment. She educated myself and others about the unusual furnaces and how each would impact the eating establishment. In addition, she suggested setting up a whole-space air purification proposal to improve indoor air conditions. It was quite nice learning about unusual furnaces enjoy electric, gas, oil, and propane. All of us opted to go with the gas gas furnace since gas was much more affordable in the area! Plus, every one of us obtained the air purification proposal for the eating establishment. Both units made all the difference, and shoppers made positive comments about the atmosphere in our establishment.
