My fiance and I used to take a lot of trips together when we were younger and didn’t have young children to care for.

However, we had so multiple options for vacation destinations that we struggled to make-up our minds. At a single point we considered going to a ski apartment up north, but even the thought of staying in a apartment with a personal fireplace wasn’t enough to unfasten the thoughts of freezing our tails while we’re trying to prefer our time away from our commitments and responsibilities in life. Since we wanted to be close enough where we could jump on a plane in a moment’s notice if there’s an emergency with our kids, going out of the country was out of the question. Suddenly we both realized that the perfect vacation destination was a beach along the Gulf Coast in a neighborhood we both visited while we were still in school. They even still had the same vacation rentals along the beach that we stayed in last time. These little beach bungalows stay nice and cool inside because of the pair of strong window air conditionings that are installed in each unit. Every one of us can stay out in the sunlight all afternoon long before returning to the bungalow and relaxing in the chilly air provided by the 2 window air conditionings. I have heard unfortunate stories from friends who rented sites along the beach separate from asking first if air conditioning was available. Often it’s not, especially with older units that could be 50 or more years seasoned at this point.
