I am conscientious about exercising every day.

I set my alarm extra early so I have sixty minutes to workout.

I take the most advantage of my time. With a maint focus on high intensity aerobics, I make certain to get our heart beating extra fast. I tire out my muscles, max out my stamina and try for whole-body benefits. After a proper warm up, I switch between wind sprints, jumping rope, mountain climbers, lunge jumps and other strenuous movements. I factor in different styles of weight training, such as lifting free weights, push-ups, plank holds and resistance bands. I make sure to finish with some type of abdominal crunches and a deeper stretch. At the end of the workout, I am drenched in sweat. My clothes are wet and I smell disgusting. My favorite part of the workout is stepping into the shower. It was not a fun surprise yesterday, when I turned the faucet and no water came out. Nothing happened. I had no hot water available. out There was no way I could go work without washing my hair and body. I was gross. I had no option but to take the day off from work and wait for a plumber to show up. It took the plumber over an hour to arrive. I was embarrassed by how smelly I was. I was without water for another several hours. Because of the delay in soaping myself after the workout, I ended up with a nasty rash on my skin. It was a bad experience that I hope to never go through again. After every workout, I now cross our fingers when I turn on the faucet.
