When I got into our hotel room, the Heating & Air Conditioning system was working fine. I took a shower, unpack our luggage, & headed out to find something to eat. I was only gone for maybe 90 minutes, however when I came back, the Heating & Air Conditioning system was no longer working. I called down to the front desk to see if they had an Heating & Air Conditioning professional on call. They ended up sending a handyman up to the room. He had no clue what to do with the Heating & Air Conditioning system, even though he did fix the leaky faucet in the washroom while he was there. I asked about an Heating & Air Conditioning professional, & he told me he didn’t believe who to have me call. As soon as he left the room, I called down to the front desk again & explained to them that I had no working Heating & Air Conditioning in our room. The young lady who answered the iPhone, gave to switch rooms for me. She said they had no familiar rooms, however they had a small suite that they could offer me for the same price. I asked her if the Heating & Air Conditioning system was working in that room, which made her a bit aggravated. I said it was terrible enough needing to pack everything up again & get back out of this room & go into another 1, without going into a room that didn’t have Heating & Air Conditioning. She gave me her word that it would be working, but she would send up the service tech that was available to check the Heating & Air Conditioning even before I got there.
