I got house from labor the other afternoon, & I almost fell over as I walked into the house.
It was so unbelievably hot, that I immediately broke into a sweat.
I could not figure out what was going on or why it was so hot. As the middle of winter, the temperature control was only set at 70, however yet it read that it was 93 in the house. Walked out onto the porch, pulled out my iphone, & called the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier. I laughingly told them that my oil furnace had been possessed while I was gone & the flames of Hades were consuming my home. When the man who answered the iphone quit laughing he asked me if I needed a fire supplier or if I needed an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company? I told his that the oil furnace had not shut off since I left & it went from 81° up to 93 within several hours. She said he would have an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C tech to my apartment within an hour, even though it was only 38° outside, I was standing on the porch waiting for him when he got there. It only took him a matter of hours to realize that there was something wrong with his temperature control. He quickly changed the temperature control & put a new one in its venue. Within hours the oil furnace quit running & the temperature was gradually going down. And I thought about the temperature control. I legitimately would’ve saved myself some currency, however it was worth all the currency in the world to have the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C tech find the problem & repair it so quickly..
