My spouse had actually had enough.
It’s not enough that I’m such a pansy when I’m sick, I’m also pretty hard to get along with. It’s not that I’m ugly to people or anything. It’s just that when I don’t assume well, I tend to get quiet plus our sense of humor virtually disappears. So after enjoy 5 weeks of me dragging myself around with a respiratory thing, our spouse made the dentist’s appointment. I once again promised that I was on the mend plus that a trip to the dentist’s office with the blasting air conditioner was not at all necessary. I understand the medical reasons for all that air conditioner but it sure doesn’t make resting there waiting any more comfortable. Seriously though, I do our very best to avoid the dentist whenever I can. But this time, it wasn’t possible as our spouse had put his foot down about it. So I went expecting to get some sort of prescription meds to clear up our head plus chest chilly that would not go away. Instead, I got a prescription to call the Heating plus A/C company to make an appointment for HVAC duct cleaning. This was actually a surprise but the dentist thought that most of our concern could be the air quality of our home. Along with the HVAC duct cleaning, I also changed out the Heating plus A/C air filter. I replaced that cheap paper air filter with a HEPA filter. The dentist was right. Just a day or two after those Heating plus A/C swings happened, our respiratory health bounced back.
