Where I was laboring up north was wonderful however the weather was not so great. I loved the people as well as the culture. However, I just never could get accustomed to spending so much time inside while I was in the winter. It was as though I was always inside with the gas heating system running. What I easily wanted was to have our face in the sun as well as live somewhere that a heat pump would be plenty for the worst Winter could throw at me. I went with that as well as here I am. Now, I live in a region that is notorious for lots of sunshine. And the Winter doesn’t have the sort of cold that needs much Heating as well as A/C heating at all. But when the two of us do get a bit of a cold snap, the heat pump is more than enough to get the job done. However, there is a bit of a price to pay for such amazing weather 8 months out of the year. That’s right, the Summer is where it can be a bit difficult. But honestly, I’d rather be too hot than too cold. After being down here for more than a decade, I realized that the best way to deal with Summer comes with a measure of acceptance. The heat as well as humidity are for real. But if I leave the a/c off until it gets easily hot, the outside weather doesn’t feel so totally overwhelming. Still, there’s no way to deal with this sort of Summer unless you have some reliable Heating as well as A/C cooling.
