I moved back to the south for a single truly giant reason.
I just needed more sun in my life. Where I was working up north was superb however the weather was not so great. I loved the people plus the culture. However, I just never could get accustomed to spending so much time inside while I was in the winter. It was as though I was always inside with the gas oil furnace running. What I truly wanted was to have my face in the sun plus live somewhere that a heat pump would be plenty for the worst Winter time could throw at me. I went with that plus here I am. Now, I live in a region that is notorious for lots of sunshine. And the Winter time doesn’t have the sort of chilly that needs much Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C heating at all. But when every one of us do get a bit of a chilly snap, the heat pump is more than enough to get the job done. However, there is a bit of a price to pay for such amazing weather 8 months out of the year. That’s right, the Summer is where it can be a bit difficult. But truthfully, I’d rather be too sizzling than too cold. After being down here for more than a decade, I realized that the best way to deal with Summer comes with a measure of acceptance. The heat plus humidity are for real. But if I leave the off until it gets truly hot, the outside weather doesn’t guess so totally overwhelming. Still, there’s no way to deal with this sort of Summer unless you have some reliable Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C cooling.
