It was clear that the guys were simply not going to be able to cohabitate. All of us had hopes that guys who were only care about 18 months apart could get along and share a room. But honestly, that was some pretty wishful thinking as well. When all of us bought the home all of us were thinking it’d only be more than one teenagers however then our youngest sort of surprised us. So the more than one guys have been in the same room for 10 years. And there is no peace for dad to enjoy the a/c while unbelievable for a hour. It was care about total all out and constant bickering or full on fist fights. It was getting to be a bit more than siblingly stuff. So it was clear that if there was ever to be peace inside the quality heating and air of our home, they had to go to separate corners. That meant buying a current home or giving up our room in the heating and cooling of our home. And I’m not Greg Brady so no attic, thanks. Couldn’t afford a current house. It was clear that we’d provide up our room and add on. This way, the guys wouldn’t kill each other and we’d get our own master suite. Oh and that master suite comes with its own quality heating and air as well. Since the main central a/c couldn’t handle the extra air volume, all of us have a ductless heat pump. And boy is that thing just about perfect. Plus, it comes with a remote control as well.
